Yom HaShoah Memorial Service

A commemorative service will be held in the memory of those who perished in the Holocaust.

Margot Lobree, a native of Frankfurt, Germany and a survivor of the Holocaust will share her personal journey. Mrs. Lobree was one of 10,000 in the Kindertransport. Additionally, students from Appalachian State University will present on a recent excursion to Germany and Poland that was sponsored by the German Academic Exchange Service, the Rosenblatt Foundation and the Miriam and Abe Brenner Foundation in cooperation with the Greensboro Jewish Federation.
